Flaming Box Elder End Table
One of the thickest, heaviest and most interesting slices of wood that I have ever worked with, this Flaming Box Elder will instantly be a conversation piece in any room. The bright reds are part of the grain of the wood and practically jump off of the table. I have added 2 different colors of epoxy (sangria and iceberg blue) to enhance the intricate worm-holes, checks, gaps and voids within the wood. The thick bark has been encased with a floodcoat of clear epoxy to preserve its beauty. 28” tall and the top is 22” x 21”.
